Because their IPs are whitelisted & good but do not do spam with it other wise they will detect that and make your IP blacklisted. To keep IP reputation good start sending small amount of E-Mails. After that to burn and make IP reputation good start sending a little large amount of E-Mails but make sure do not do spamming otherwise no one can help you out of there.
